Using sydits.fr
By using sydits.fr, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be permitted to use the service under the rules that apply to you.
Respect the people who create
Only download media you own, media in the public domain, or content you have permission to download. You are responsible for complying with copyright, privacy, and other applicable rules, as well as the source platform’s terms. Downloading a file does not transfer ownership or grant you a license to redistribute it.
Supported content and limits
sydits.fr supports individual public videos and tracks from the platforms listed on the homepage. Private content, DRM circumvention, playlists, live streams, and photo galleries are not supported. Media must be under two hours; additional file size, concurrency, and rate limits apply. Files are temporary and their availability ends at the displayed expiry time.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to access content without authorization, infringe others’ rights, submit malicious requests, bypass limits, disrupt the server, or attempt to access another user’s files. Automated abuse may be limited or blocked.
Availability and source quality
Platform changes, source restrictions, regional availability, and network conditions can affect downloads. Format options reflect available sources; a higher output bitrate does not create higher source quality. Spotify metadata is paired with matched YouTube or YouTube Music audio, so the match may differ from the Spotify recording. No-watermark TikTok downloads and SoundCloud originals depend on source availability.
No affiliation
sydits.fr is an independent interface. It is not endorsed by or affiliated with YouTube, Google, Spotify, SoundCloud, or TikTok. Their names and marks belong to their respective owners. The download engines are separate open-source projects.
Service limitations
The service is provided as available, without a promise of uninterrupted operation, permanent storage, or suitability for a particular purpose. Keep your own copies of files you need. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or obligations that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Questions and reports
For technical issues, rights concerns, or reports of misuse, visit Contact & support. Include a clear description and the relevant public link where appropriate.
Changes
These terms may change as the service develops. The current version and revision date will remain available on this page.
